Once your package is delivered to our facility, it will be inspected, repackaged, and shipped directly to your doorstep. You’ll receive updated tracking information to monitor your package through the entire process.

Can I ship from stores based outside the US?
No, our parcel forwarding services are exclusively for stores based in the United States; we do not currently support shipments from international retailers outside the U.S.
